In Mad Lotus we want to help you get the confidence to teach and sequence Vinyasa classes that are uniquely yours.

This 50-Hour Art of Sequencing and Assisting is designed for Certified yoga teachers ready to dive deep into the unique Mad Lotus Vinyasa Flow style for inspired teaching. Mad Lotus Flow is based on traditional Vinyasa and adds in a thread of powerful yogic philosophy through intelligent sequencing, and devotional singing. With this training, you will learn the structure of Mad Lotus Flow and how to sequence thoughtfully and creatively.

This training is designed to help teachers create sustainable, creative, safe, and dynamic flows. Whether you’re already a seasoned practitioner of another lineage, or just looking to grow as a teacher, this training will give you the base to create intuitive sequenced classes, supported by intelligent cues and assists.

 

Colette is known for her creative Vinyasa flow sequencing, skillful teaching, and soulful energy which she’ll be sharing with the students of the Mad Lotus Teacher Training. After hundreds of training hours in New York City, and years of experience teaching in Zentro Urban Yoga en Madrid, Colette brings her vast knowledge to Alicante at Mad Lotus.


Whether you are a seasoned teacher or whether you are looking to enrich your teaching this training will give you the bases to create intuitive and intelligent flows and assists.


Requirements: you must have already completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training, and have a sincere desire to deepen your knowledge of yoga. There is also a required online application.

  • Architecture of Mad Lotus Flow.
  • Sequencing through the Chakras system.
  • Alineamiento y anatomía de posturas claves de vinyasa yoga.
  • Teaching skills, including: cueing, and guiding off the mat.
  • Learn practical hands-on assists for a vinyasa flow.
  • Weekly practice teaching.
  • Mantra- develop a mantra practice that you can share with future students.

Saturdays

  • 10:30 - 10:50 Mantra.
  • 11 - 12:15 Class.
  • 12:30 - 14:30 Sequencing
  • 15:30 - 17:30 Assists and key poses

Sundays

  • 10:30 - 10:50 Mantra.
  • 11 - 12:00 Class
  • 12:30 - 15:00 Putting it to practice
